He specializes in business law and the resolution of disputes arising from business legal relationships. He has extensive litigation experience and regularly represents clients in courts of all levels, while also effectively assisting in the amicable resolution of disputes through negotiation and mediation. He represents clients in the process of concluding and executing transactions: he assists in selecting the optimal transaction structure, participates in negotiations and due diligence, drafts contracts and other related documents, and ensures that the necessary permits and approvals from state and local government authorities are obtained. The firm advises on operational and management issues concerning companies and other legal entities, on matters concerning the relationships among shareholders (participants) and the liability of executives, as well as on labor law issues, and prepares various documents related to the operations of legal entities. He also provides legal services on bankruptcy and restructuring matters, assists in initiating insolvency proceedings, and represents clients during such proceedings. In energy projects, he advises clients on the development of power plants and power plant parks that utilize renewable energy sources.
